Michale Seale Jr Mike was very professional and very helpful. I was in the dealership . I was in the dealership longer than expected because of a computer issue, whi Mike was very professional and very helpful. I was in the dealership . I was in the dealership longer than expected because of a computer issue, which was certainly not the fault of either Mike or the finance person. Everything else moved quickly , Mike explained everything thoroughly. He answered all question and found the best deal for me. I drove home a new car that day. more than i expected I was unsure anything was possible, but was going to see is a new Rio was possible with my circumstances. Ended up with a great deal and a brand new F I was unsure anything was possible, but was going to see is a new Rio was possible with my circumstances. Quick and Painless Car Buying Experience This past Saturday I purchased a brand new 2018 Kia Optima from Michael at Halleen. Not only was he very knowledgeable and informed about his craft bu This past Saturday I purchased a brand new 2018 Kia Optima from Michael at Halleen. Not only was he very knowledgeable and informed about his craft but he took the time to make me feel comfortable with my decision and did everything he could to help me. I came to Kia with an Equity issue of about 6000 dollars and, frankly, I was embarrassed. I was expecting to be met with skepticism and a "cant help you" kind of attitude like I got from Nissan Bedford and Spitzer. However, Michael clearly laid out my options for me and did everything he could to keep my payment as low as possible while still putting me in an awesome vehicle. Furthermore, the experience was fast and as fun as buying a car can be. I think I spent maybe 2 hours there tops , before driving off in a brand new vehicle. 10/10 would reccomend Michael and Halleen Kia to anyone. I plan on trading up for a Stinger on a couple years! More
