An excellent experience in purchasing a vehicle at Temecula Hyundai. Both salesman we worked with, Mike Segura and Adriano Hana were very courteous and helpful in answering all our questions. General Manager Brad Cannon stopped by more than once during the process to ask how we were doing and if there were any questions we had for him. Chris Ramirez from the finance was also very good, explained every document that required a signature and made the closing process very smooth. I would highly recommend Temecula Hyundai and ask all to ask for Mike Segura or Adriano Hana, you won't be disappointed. I guess my only concern was that I needed the plate that covers the hitch removed, Mike notified service, but reported back to me that at the present time, they did not have the tool to remove the cover plate. I will check at a later date with Mike to see when service can remove the cover plate. More

We could not have asked for a better sales person than Michael. I am usually loath to go to dealerships because I don’t like the hard sell but Michael was incredibly calm, knowledgeable and professional. Michael. I am flabbergasted that the process to buy a car (in cash) took almost 3 hours when it felt like it should’ve/could’ve taken 15 minutes. I’m not sure if that is a technique that dealerships employ for some reason but I will definitely request that all the paperwork is ready to go before I come in next time. There definitely will be a next time because Michael was fabulous and I trust him to help us buy our next car. More
