The entire sales team is awesome. I'm overwhelmed of their customer service throughout the entire process. I had looked and spoke with many near volkswagen dealerships. When he went on vacation I was assisted by Michael Smith. Then when Michael wasn't available Matt didn't disappoint. I knew what I wanted and wasn't going to.settle for nothing else. Matt asked to give him a chance to find my dream car. Whoa, within 30mins. Matt returned my call. Within 24hrs, the vehicle was delivered to Northtowne Volkswagen. I purchased the very next day. To finish the financial paperwork, Thomas handled my personal information with the utmost respect. Had been there previously with another employee and Robert agreed to help us until the other person was ready but instead of just having us wait in the waiting room he helped us look for what we wanted Robert agreed to help us until the other person was ready but instead of just having us wait in the waiting room he helped us look for what we wanted.
