From Salesman to Service Could not be HAPPIER with Sunrise Chevy, It all started with my 2016 chevy cruze that I had purchased from Zeigler Chevy. I was having major car issu Could not be HAPPIER with Sunrise Chevy, It all started with my 2016 chevy cruze that I had purchased from Zeigler Chevy. I was having major car issues, Called Zeigler for service and they said they could not get me in for 3 days, what?. Called Sunrise and Jim Finch in Service was not only very helpful he got me in immediately with a rental waiting. I was sold, this is where I will always take my business. From that and driving my Cruze for an additional yr. I was ready to upgrade for a bigger car. Not wanting new again, I opted for used. What other place than SUNRISE!. I know I can count on their service. Mike Solare was very informative as well with all the vehicles. Having ALL Car fax's ready when I entered the dealership with the vehicles I wanted to test drive.. I will refer EVERYONE I KNOW to you guys!. Again could not be HAPPIER!! Thank you to Mike for making it a easy transaction and not a long drown out process! Everybody's initial response is UGH! car dealers, NOT HERE! at least not with my experience.. More

Great Experience! I went to the dealer for service on my old vehicle and turns out it wasn’t good news so I bought a new one. I’ve always dreaded buying a new vehicle b I went to the dealer for service on my old vehicle and turns out it wasn’t good news so I bought a new one. I’ve always dreaded buying a new vehicle but with Mike it’s painless! He was extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. There was no standing over your shoulder or hounding me he actually listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and he more than found the best fit for me and my family. Then the finance portion of it Bernardo made what usually is the second most painful portion of vehicle purchases so quick smooth and easy. Everyone was very friendly and nice I would recommend buying a vehicle from Mike Solare any day!! More

Long day with no satisfaction I went in there today trying to find a car I found online that my daughter loved. We took it for a small test with the salesman. Then we took it for a test drive for my son in law who is mechanical inclined and when he showed me a tube they should have fixed it broke off and burned his arm with radiator fluid. The car had to be towed from our house back to the dealer thus waiting around my house for an hour and a half for the tow truck to show up. Then the tow truck driver tells me he has all of his ribs broken at this point and can’t push the car so my neighbor and I had to push the car so the tow truck driver could hook it up (2 women in their 50’s pushing a car). Then we get back to the dealership and they are saying my credit score is 50 points lower then what actually TransUnion (I called to verify) shows it as. They took no account for my total inconvenience or the injury my son in law incurred from their faulty vehicle! Proceed with caution with this dealer!! They don’t care!!! More
