2019 Dodge Ram 1500 I bought the car on January 3rd when I traded in my 2018 Dodge Durango. I received a call last week from Chrysler saying the lease has still not bee I bought the car on January 3rd when I traded in my 2018 Dodge Durango. I received a call last week from Chrysler saying the lease has still not been paid off. I have left 3 messages for my sales guy, 3 messages for the finance manager, and lastly left a message for the owner of the dealership yesterday 1/25 all have went unanswered. It is truly a shame because everything else leading up to not calling me back for over a week went great. Picking up the car doing all of the paperwork went smooth but now this no way I would ever do business with this dealership ever again after this lack of customer service. Management lead by example call customers back if you don't do it how can you expect your sales people and employees to follow suit. More
