Was hoping to have the best experience but was by far the worse car buying experience ever. The salesman Mike kept in contact all week with cars I was looking at which happened to be a smaller SUV I was exci worse car buying experience ever. The salesman Mike kept in contact all week with cars I was looking at which happened to be a smaller SUV I was excited to see what my options are once I get there he gave me one option a small Kia far from what I was wanting. But didn’t want to make a wasted trip because I traveled an hour and a half to this dealership on the way home the car was running hot and shutting off and a coyote was hit I made a claim with my insurance and they would not pay the dealership did not help at all I am now paying out of pocket for damages including the repair of the car running hot and am without a vehicle for me and my children. So now I’m struggling to get this car repaired and also changing insurance companies ASAP. I have called salesman and manager and they both have said there’s nothing they can do. Was not a good experience at all. I hope no one goes through the stress and anxiety I’ve had to go through with this dealership. More
