The staff was friendly enough and the car buying process was quick enough. I do trust that the car I bought is in the shape they say it is and I like the limited warranty. I only take one star away because I felt a little too pressured to buy the extended warranty. I’m an informed buyer and I know what I’m going to agree to before I even enter a dealership. So I got a little irritated when I said no to the extended warranty and was pressured endlessly until I bluntly said there’s no way I’m adding any extras on. I get that they need to pitch these things and it’s expected, but I want to be respected the first time I say no I’m not interested. It got to a point that if he pushed further I would have backed completely out. I would still recommend the team overall. Just be informed and if the warranty is for you, that’s great. If it’s not, be prepared to be firm about it. More

Watch out! !! They will sell you a car that has been in a wreck and won’t tell you about it. They will all tell you the same xxxxxxxx “it’s great I drove it home !! The General Manager/ Accountant/ Salesman /everything will talk down to you and will try to make you feel less than him any chance possible. They will hassle you and hassle you about the warranty from them when you specifically tell them you don’t want it because they get a percentage from the warranties they sell. You know that is true when they make sure to tell you “Hey man I don’t know why you wouldn’t want this it’s only $10 more a month (It was $80 a month) I don’t even get anything from this it’s me trying to help you”. Horrible experience buying a car from these guys. I should have known to not trust them the minute I walked in and it seemed like no one knew what was going on. More

Just got ripped off for 400 dollars by these scam artists. They had me put down a deposit for a car while they did the financing. I flew in from Kansas and helped a friend buy a Buick from you last Tuesday. The fact that I was involved from the initial FaceTime call, and the fact that I flew in to Arizona with him to take delivery of the car and drive it 16 hours back home to Kansas, and sat next to him in the General Mangers office and had to listen to the way your sales people trash talk your customers when they leave the dealership or when you get of the phone with them. You tend to overhear a lot when you’re stuck at the dealership for over 6 hours because y’all were not prepared even though you knew we were flying in days in advance. I’m entitled to leave a review from my own experience with your dealership. At least he didn’t mention the fact that your sales people further lied to us by telling us that you would pick us up at the airport only to tell us to take an Uber that cost us over $40 out of our pockets upon landing in Arizona. That alone should’ve been red flag number 1. Out of state buyers, beware! More

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Michael and the other gentlemen working this afternoon. I expressed my interest in a vehicle I saw available online, and was contacted w working with Michael and the other gentlemen working this afternoon. I expressed my interest in a vehicle I saw available online, and was contacted within minutes about possibly coming to the dealer to test drive the car that same day. I did so, and we immediately began working on the financing details. Unfortunately, my current vehicle was not worth as much for a trade-in as I had hoped due to a previously salvaged title. I was depending on the trade-in to cover my down payment on the new car so we were met with quite a challenge. Michael worked diligently to provide me with a flexible payment plan that would allow me to pay the full down payment amount over the course of several weeks rather than all at once there that day. Additionally, Michael was able to find a loan that nearly perfectly matched my desired monthly payment budget, within just $17 of what I was looking for. Despite my financial woes making the process more difficult than otherwise expected, Michael and his team had me in and out with a beautiful new Ford Fusion in less than 90 minutes. Could not recommend this dealer more to anyone looking for a helpful, flexible group looking for your best interest. 5 stars and more. More
