Bought a used vehicle from this place THREE MONTHS ago with hail damage they said would be fixed within a week…took them months. Was told repair would take a day….took nearly a week. When hail damage was with hail damage they said would be fixed within a week…took them months. Was told repair would take a day….took nearly a week. When hail damage was fixed, my personal front and back dash cams that I wired through my vehicle were unplugged and wires were left stuffed in the ceiling material. Also that same company unplugged ALL the safety features in my vehicle so now I have NO safety features. I was told it just needed a recalibration but can’t tell me how long it will take. I was told a MONTH ago that I was first in line for a loaner vehicle but somehow still no loaner vehicle. My wife and I call constantly to check on status and never receive an answer. Everyone we have dealt with from the initial sales rep through text to our salesman has been an absolute nightmare! More
