Liars/Cheaters and they threaten customers Vin ending with 8548 for a 2020 ascent touring/lcg port/assembly in IN. Marisa's boss and GM LIED to me FOUR TIMES during this process. First and Vin ending with 8548 for a 2020 ascent touring/lcg port/assembly in IN. Marisa's boss and GM LIED to me FOUR TIMES during this process. First and foremost they did not negotiate in good faith. Marisa brought my True Car printouts back to them negotiating a SELLING-OUT-THE-DOOR-PRICE and they did it on the last price listed which included dealer fees and documentation feed yet I ended up PAYING FOR THEM so I was charged double. You cannot tell me this was the first time they dealt with a True Car printout or negotiation. So that means they PURPOSELY LIED about the price. Second and thirdly there were upgrades on the car and was told it was extra not listed, fine no problem. Then was told the price was X amount for 3 upgrades and we agreed; only to find out later that they LIED and floormats which they included in that price was all the sudden NOT and that was the difference in my starting selling price!!!! so got charged yet again double for something. So now we have a different selling price then agreed upon and a different amount to the upgrades. Finally the fourth time is when I went in to pick up my plates and registration. Rather than ask over the phone (and yes I know I signed documents over this) I asked them faced to face. Marisa's manager and the GM told me in a flippant and callous way that there was nothing they would do for me and insinuated that if I pressed the issue they would pursue legal action against me. So while there I was bombarded dealing with 7 people, whisked into a small office to sign everything and then pay my down payment right away after that. All while handling my wife, 1 and 1/2 year old, my 3 year old, and my parents! This place is so bad I would avoid it as there are other Dealerships you can try!!!!!! More
