No hard sell, but still just out to take your money. My fault for agreeing to the deal. Traded a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe that I had just put $1500 in repairs for 2017 Subaru Outback. Salesman said I could My fault for agreeing to the deal. Traded a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe that I had just put $1500 in repairs for 2017 Subaru Outback. Salesman said I could not count on getting any credit for repairs made. Only received $3,000 for trade. Now dealer is selling Santa Fe for $9,000 and promoting the repairs that I paid for as if they had made the repairs. Dealer subscribes to program,"ipacket" that promises complete transparency and dealer integrity. Don't buy it! There is no integrity - they just want your money. buyer beware!!!! More
