If your looking for a car go to VW in Franklin. They have good service with a no pressure sales approach. Michael Tillmann was our sales person and he was friendly, responsive and very informative on all que good service with a no pressure sales approach. Had my vehicle serviced before a road trip. During the service they changed my oils, but a few hundred miles into my trip the check engine light came on because my vehicle didn’t have enough adblue in it. service they changed my oils, but a few hundred miles into my trip the check engine light came on because my vehicle didn’t have enough adblue in it. Huge inconvenience, and to top it off when I called in the answer I got when I asked why something like this would happen was “we can’t predict when something will fail”. I would rate whoever I spoke to on the phone a zero if I could. More
