Excellent experience. Micheal was knowledgeable and very helpful. We wanted to buy a 1 2019 VW Golf Alltrack with a manual transmission. After looking for weeks in and arou Micheal was knowledgeable and very helpful. We wanted to buy a 1 2019 VW Golf Alltrack with a manual transmission. After looking for weeks in and around Chicago and getting the run around, we stumbled on Boucher. Michael and the Boucher staff made the 160 mile round trip seem worth the trouble. I would recommend Boucher and Michael Tillman to anyone looking for a VW. More

If your looking for a car go to VW in Franklin. They have good service with a no pressure sales approach. Michael Tillmann was our sales person and he was friendly, responsive and very informative on all que good service with a no pressure sales approach. Had my vehicle serviced before a road trip. During the service they changed my oils, but a few hundred miles into my trip the check engine light came on because my vehicle didn’t have enough adblue in it. service they changed my oils, but a few hundred miles into my trip the check engine light came on because my vehicle didn’t have enough adblue in it. Huge inconvenience, and to top it off when I called in the answer I got when I asked why something like this would happen was “we can’t predict when something will fail”. I would rate whoever I spoke to on the phone a zero if I could. More
