First time buyer of a VW The Atlas 2021 looked great, an had everything I was looking for in a SUV. I loved that the Atlas had a V-6 engine . If your looking for a car go to VW in Franklin. They have good service with a no pressure sales approach. Michael Tillmann was our sales person and he was friendly, responsive and very informative on all que good service with a no pressure sales approach. Had my vehicle serviced before a road trip. Huge inconvenience, and to top it off when I called in the answer I got when I asked why something like this would happen was “we can’t predict when something will fail”. I would rate whoever I spoke to on the phone a zero if I could. More
