Part not ordered When I called I specifically asked the serpentine belt to be replaced. When I arrived 1 hour prior to my time, they took my car immediately, great, bu When I called I specifically asked the serpentine belt to be replaced. When I arrived 1 hour prior to my time, they took my car immediately, great, but then, 2 hours later I was told they did NOT have the belt in house and would have to order it. It would take 2 hours to get! I said obviously I wanted to wait as I drive 1 1/2 to come here. Later I was told the part had arrived and now that the technician had arrived back from lunch they would work on my car xxx!!! Good grief people. After being at the office 5 hours my car was complete. More

2017 F150 Platinum I first started dealing with Tropical Ford in around 2008 and purchased an F150 XLT back then. As I decided to purchase a new truck I shopped around and decided to include Tropical Ford since I had great service and honest treatment from them. Not to my surprise I decided to purchase my new 2018 F150 Platinum from Tropical Ford. The experience was great. There was no high pressure tactics. My salesman, Michael Torres, was professional and delivered on his word. Jose Gutierrez, Finance Manager, made the paperwork seamless and made me feel very comfortable. In short, my overall experience has always been great at Tropical Ford, and my transaction this week with them confirmed once again why Tropical Ford is my chosen local Ford dealership. I highly recommend Tropical Ford. More
