To correct a couple issues with a newly purchased Jeep it took them about 10 days to get me in and they were unable to fix either problem. Parts to correct one issue have been on order for over 2 weeks (stil took them about 10 days to get me in and they were unable to fix either problem. Parts to correct one issue have been on order for over 2 weeks (still waiting), and the other issue needs to be sent to an outside contractor to correct. The service tech was very friendly, but for a service department it all comes down to fixing the problem(s) and so far, that hasn’t happened. More
