Sold my brand new challenger because they couldn't figure out my drive line knocking issues. Replaced the differential after 9000 miles and still nothing. Sold my car to kia and bought a brand new stinger an out my drive line knocking issues. Replaced the differential after 9000 miles and still nothing. Sold my car to kia and bought a brand new stinger and never looked back. I took my challenger to dodge maybe 6 or more times and was always told nothings wrong or it's a normal noise. I buy brand new for piece of mind, hence the warranty. More

I had a warranty repair on my sunroof that took 3 weeks for the part to arrive. Van keep me updated on that status. My 2019 truck was stuck in 4 wheel drive. It was under warranty and sat at dealership for 2 weeks waiting on part. I received a third call saying it would take another week for the part. I as It was under warranty and sat at dealership for 2 weeks waiting on part. I received a third call saying it would take another week for the part. I asked the dealership what part and part number they were looking for and reached out to another local dealership and went and pickup my own part and took it to dealership. My truck could have been fixed within a day if they would have done their job and found the part locally. They inconvenienced me for two weeks without a vehicle. First time we ever had a problem with this dealership and I did not want to leave a bad review but this really deserved one. More
