Artur immediately offered to let me test drive the vehicle by myself. As a retired Marine, I find it refreshing when a sales person affords me a little bit of trust and confidence. I was seriously considering this exact Bronco, so I asked to take it on an extended test drive to show to my family. He made that happen with out delay. This level of efficiency continued throughout the entire process. #2 Pricing. This dealership STARTED with a number that was fair. The price was very close to the lease special advertised online. The price difference was from rolling the taxes into the monthly payment. This was not the experience I had at other dealerships. I went to a another dealership to see if they could beat the offer I got from Interstate Ford. The other dealership did beat Interstate by a little bit in monthly payment but their Bronco did not have the Black Diamond Package (a $4500 value that is important to my family). Upon returning to Interstate, the management beat the competing dealership in price per month and offered to tint the front windows free of charge. To emphasize this point, Interstate gave me a better price than any other dealership in the area and the other dealerships' Broncos did not include the Black Diamond package. #3 Service After the Sale. I dropped the vehicle off to have something minor done and get the windows tinted. Adrien made this process quick and handed me the keys to a 2026 Explorer as a loaner. The service at this dealership is truly exceptional from my perspective. More

The Interstate Ford dealership provided a friendly buying experience with expedient processing times. We benefitted from working online and via text with David Pogue in advance, significantly shortening the experience with expedient processing times. We benefitted from working online and via text with David Pogue in advance, significantly shortening the in-dealer, typical run-around experienced elsewhere when working in-person only. David provided a no-drama sales experience. There is minor room for improvement from the finance department as we were initially thrown a curve ball given we were told the dealership will not honor our chosen credit union as they are not within their network of options. This appears to be extorsion and their forcing us into their "approved" network without having communicated this in advance of an agreed upon sale which would have terminated said sale. However, at least after discussing with finance department that we had a more competitive and approved rate quote, only then did he attempt to have his network compete the rate, otherwise he communicated we could NOT use our own. This competition turned into a better rate than we had quoted, so it worked in the end, but only after some consternation with the lack of upfront communication. Nonetheless, we are happy with our overall dealership experience at Interstate Ford. More
