The Interstate Ford dealership provided a friendly buying experience with expedient processing times. We benefitted from working online and via text with David Pogue in advance, significantly shortening the experience with expedient processing times. David provided a no-drama sales experience. There is minor room for improvement from the finance department as we were initially thrown a curve ball given we were told the dealership will not honor our chosen credit union as they are not within their network of options. This appears to be extorsion and their forcing us into their "approved" network without having communicated this in advance of an agreed upon sale which would have terminated said sale. However, at least after discussing with finance department that we had a more competitive and approved rate quote, only then did he attempt to have his network compete the rate, otherwise he communicated we could NOT use our own. This competition turned into a better rate than we had quoted, so it worked in the end, but only after some consternation with the lack of upfront communication. Nonetheless, we are happy with our overall dealership experience at Interstate Ford. More
