I had taken my 2019 Lexus GX460 to this dealership for service, a couple of times. On my last service visit, I decided to walk the lot while I waited. A car stood out to me, across the lot. I made my way over to it, saw it up close, and instantly wanted to know more about it. I went back inside and Ricky (Richard Atencia) was at his desk. I got his attention and he came over to us. After introductions, we headed back out to the car. He was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My truck was big and I was a little unsure of this smaller vehicle, but I couldn’t walk away from it. Ricky helped me to weigh out the pros and cons of both vehicles. He is an AMAZING salesman! Not once did I feel any pressure from him. While my truck was still in the service department, I bought this new vehicle…a 2023 Toyota Venza XLE Hybrid Nightshade Edition. The whole process was quick and simple. I was so impressed with everything that I even took someone back, the same week, and he purchased a vehicle from Ricky. I will gladly send everyone I know to Greenville Toyota to see Ricky when they are ready to make a vehicle purchase. More

Free oil changes are only to lie about repairs needed, then you go check with reputable mechanic shop and they are not needed! Do not trust them at all! I’ve been happy with my Toyota Greenville experience and thankful for the free oil change package. However recently it seems every time they want to up sale me. Is it really a need, is this the norm? I’m 6 thankful for the free oil change package. However recently it seems every time they want to up sale me. Is it really a need, is this the norm? I’m 69 but don’t remember having service with other needs showing up every time. How does this work? Love Greenville Toyota except unsure about this up sale enticement every time. I’d like to know what others do about this? More
