Fields BMW Lakeland still makes the new car buying experience an enjoyable experience. Negotiations are fair for both parties; they do not add market adjustments to their cars or add a bunch of worthless add-ons that they sell for thousands of dollars. The finance team is fantastic and is always very kind. They show you the options you have for warranties, etc; however, they ensure that they do not upset the customer if you do not want to purchase. If you live in the West Florida area, become a loyal customer of the Fields Auto Group by driving the 90-120 miles, and you will save thousands and receive better service. BMW should be thankful that there are still dealers like Fields who represent the brand well and provide excellent customer service. More

So I remember a friend of mine has a son that works at Fields Lakeland( Joe Roth) got Joe's number from his father and called Joe, he told me what he had on the lot, but they didn't have what I was looking for, so Joe paused, said let me call you back I think I have what you are looking for I'm going to call the other dealership, with in 15mins he called me back with pictures of the X5 I purchased, He had the SUV delivered to Lakeland within a few days. He stayed in communication with me during the process and worked with me to make sure I was not wasting my time and money going down. When I arrived at the dealership, I found that the car to be exactly as Matt described. Matt was also accommodating in letting me take the car to the local Audi dealership for a pre-purchase inspection and letting me drive it over thirty miles to the nearest branch of the bank I was using for payment. Once I decided to purchase the car, Matt was kind enough to spend time conversing with me while the paperwork was being completed. He also made sure that the car was detailed and filled with gas before I drove it off the lot. He even offered without a request by me to contact the previous owner to try to get the second key FOB.
