I actually bought both a new 2021 Forrester and a used 2018 Impreza on the same day. Everybody that I came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Nicole Sciamarelli was super and very patient in explaining all the features of the new Forrester. Michael Warnock in finance made the process of completing the paperwork as easy and fast as possible. In addition to those 3 associates, we came in contact with multiple others in the parking lot and showroom who very helpful, pleasant and welcoming without being overly aggressive. I was there on a Saturday and they were extremely busy but at no point did I feel rushed by the Subaru team. Overall I was very satisfied with the service that I received at World Subaru and would buy from them again without a doubt. More
