It had a small waiting area for both service and sales. It would be a much better experience if the place is renovated and expanded. Otherwise, it was not a big deal. I did mist of my price negotiation through email and telephone. I spoke with my salesperson (Rich) and the manager (Joe). Both were extremely helpful and friendly. Rich was informative and punctual in his follow-up, Overall the dealership gave me the price that I wanted with very little haggling. The car was ready for me when I go to the dealership and I was in and out in under an hour. During my visit, the finance manager was helpful and not pushy as most are to add on additional services/coverages.. After the purchase was complete, the dealership provided a dedicated person (Tara) to review the cars features. Tara was very informative, patient and friendly. She answered all of our questions and did provided her contact information for follow-up questions More
