I mentioned I was going back to Hyundai to see about exchanging my car that I am still paying on (buying it) to a lease and that I wanted an All Wheel Drive. He recommended me to Sam Spencer, a Sales Rep. Sam knew exactly what I was looking for after discussing with my friend and showed me the car. In less than an 1 1/2 hours, we filled out the paperwork for the purchase of my car and the lease arrangement for my brand new All Wheel Drive Imprezza. He was extremely courteous and and walked me through the process and handed me the keys while he took me to the Finance Mgr. Overall, the service I received was outstanding and I would highly recommend Sam and this dealership to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle. More

Selecting a new Subaru I had determined I was going to purchase a Subaru ~ probably a CrossTrek as I was downsizing from a larger SUV. I met with Timothy Stewart who was recommended by close friends. I shared my thoughts about the CrossTrek but also mentioned I wanted to check out the Forester. He had a C/T pulled up for me to test drive and the Forester was ready for me test drive following the C/T. His enthusiasm, knowledge and sense of humor made the decision process easy, enjoyable and informative. A few hours later I drove out with a 2017 Forester. He didn't try to talk me into more than I needed and stayed within my budget. It was an easy, effortless and enjoyable experience...not a usual scenario for a car purchase. Additionally, they truly care about their customers not just to sell them a car, but to develop a long lasting relationship. I had the pleasure of first working with Michelle Ryan who was able to put me in contact with Dan Greco and Shane Henderson to develop a deal for a 2017 Subaru WRX STI. However, Michelle did not only put me in contact with Dan and Shane, but she made sure everything was exceptional during the whole buying experience. She was extremely pleasant to work with and did an exceptional job! Shane and Dan, did an outstanding job on getting everything approved for the purchase of the STI, before I even arrived at the dealership. This was important to me because I live out of state. They went above and beyond what anyone could expect of them. This just should me how passionate they are on making their customers satisfied through the buying experience. Additionally, they contacted me after the fact to make sure everything went well with the overall buying experience. Thus, showing me that their service did not stop at the point of purchase, but it was a long lasting service that I will receive from World Subaru. I could not ask anything more from these two individuals during my buying experience. Lastly, I worked with Michael Warnock on getting all the paper worked signed and approved for the purchase of the car. He is very passionate about the products he sells and he is extremely knowledgeable about them as well. He did an overall wonderful job!
