He was very interactive with my two girls who are 7 and 11 years old. This made the whole experience so much easier because they felt engaged and did not act up - too much. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He listened to my financing parameters and helped me find a deal within my budget. I was also impressed with the Daniella the Delivery Specialist. When it came time for me to focus on the facts, she took my girls aside and kept them occupied. Then she gave me a very comprehensive overview of my new car. She answered many questions about how to use my high tech car. And she pointed me to the quick cheat sheets that I'm sure I will be using. Overall I recommend buying a vehicle from World Subaru!! Nicole did a great job showing my wife and I the features of our car and the finance manager seemed nice and want pushy with warranties.
