It was a pleasure working with Shane Henderson (Manager) and Mike Marquand, Sales Professional. I told Shane exactly what I wanted and they found it (200 miles away). It was in their lot the next day. I had a 2006 Subaru Forrester and drove out with a 2016. The Forrester has changed a great deal; all for the better. Daniella Brisindi (Subaru Specialist) walked me through all of the new features involving the touch screen and many other components of 2016 model. By the time I left, I was comfortable with all of the new features. Everyone I worked with also drives a Subaru, which speaks volumes for the product. Thanks to everyone. More

Salesmen breathing down my neck during test drives is quite distracting and takes away from the decision making. Needless to say, I was very thankful for that. I was happy to leave with my 2017 WRX. Simply the best! Upon my first visit, I was warmly greeted by Josh. He quickly identified my needs and handed me the keys for a test drive. This was after I made him aware of my situation where I had to get out of my current lease before I can even talk numbers. He didn't rush me out of there just because he knew he wasn't going to get the business that day, if ever. Josh took his time explaining everything to me and even ran some numbers for me knowing I was not in a position to make a deal. A week or so later, I was able to get out of my lease and of course I chose to go back to World Subaru over the multiple Subaru dealers that were closer to me and that I had visited. I gave Josh a call back, explained that I would be able to lease a Subaru, and he got back to me immediately with a great deal, and the GM, Joe Wajda, even went to great lengths to secure the color of my choice despite the only one on the lot being sold the day I called back. Today, I am a proud owner of my first Subaru, and I am so glad I gave my business to this classy World Subaru dealer. From start to finish, I was helped by honest, genuine, and competent people. He listened and made suggestions based upon my needs, and I really appreciate his time and consideration! I felt like we had known each other forever due to the friendly vibe the entire dealership provides. Joe Wajda and Michael Warnock both took amazing care of me with the financial end of the experience. Not only did get everything I wanted within my budget, but they both took the time to explain everything in language that was easy to understand and I am so thankful for that. Sales managers John Puglisi, Michael Lomazzo, and Shane Henderson all had a hand in my experience and these guys were just great to work with! They all helped me find exactly what I wanted, and we had a great time doing it. When I got the car I was blown away by how gorgeous it looked. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Forester and with the detailing by Gordo, you would have never known it was a certified pre-owned vehicle. She looks fantastic!! From when Joe Tompkins first called and followed-up on my web site visit, to when my wife and I first came in to meet with JG (Glen) Miller. There was never any pressure, instead just real strong information about options and pricing. All options were discussed, leasing vs buying, which level Forester, accessories, etc. to buy. JR was responding to my texts and emails throughout those days - there was never any interest or need going to any other dealership, even though 2 dealerships were closer, it just didn't make sense. Nicole was awesome with some us the many details of the electronics! In a field loaded with hard-driving Sales guys, the World Subaru Team is on their game. I will absolutely recommend the World Subaru to my friends and family. More

I was amazed at the efficiency and professionalism I received during the whole transaction of the purchase. Sam was extremely honest and took the time to understand my needs during the purchase. He explained every aspect of my transaction and responded to my calls & questions in a timely manner. He is totally respectful and made me feel confident during my purchase and for any future issue or concerns that may arise. I will definitely recommend him to anyone interested in getting a Suburu whether finance or leasing. In addition I would like to say that the finance manager Mike was very helpful. He showed me everything that was purchased & explained each charge to me in a consumer friendly way, I did not feel pressured and was able to understand the contract in each area. I was so pleased and confident about the way he took his time to explain all of my options in the purchase. I also bought an amazing warranty with GAP & Tire protection. So now I feel totally secure with my purchase, because I plan to keep the car for a long time and wanted the extra security. Upon the delivery of the I was shown how to use many features of the Outback by Nicole Sciamerlli. She took her time and had patience to make sure when I left the dealership I can ride away with comfort and considering the temperature hit the high 90's, Ms. Nicole still remained eager to show me exactly what I needed to know. She gave me her business card and said if there is anything I need to know she can be reached without delay. She advised me that I will be returning to pick up my plates and to schedule a "Love-Encore" visit to further explain any questions and how to truly interact with the car. So in conclusion, considering I went on my own and not with my family as I have always did in my past auto purchases, I left the dealership happy, enthusiastic to return but most of all confident with the purchase I made.
