June 2016-Amazing Experience!! I've never had an easier time at a dealership than I did at World Subaru! Tim Stewart was excellent in helping me find the perfect vehicle. He listened and made suggestions based upon my needs, and I really appreciate his time and consideration! I felt like we had known each other forever due to the friendly vibe the entire dealership provides. Joe Wajda and Michael Warnock both took amazing care of me with the financial end of the experience. Not only did get everything I wanted within my budget, but they both took the time to explain everything in language that was easy to understand and I am so thankful for that. Sales managers John Puglisi, Michael Lomazzo, and Shane Henderson all had a hand in my experience and these guys were just great to work with! They all helped me find exactly what I wanted, and we had a great time doing it. When I got the car I was blown away by how gorgeous it looked. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Forester and with the detailing by Gordo, you would have never known it was a certified pre-owned vehicle. She looks fantastic!! I can't thank all the folks at World Subaru enough for such a great experience! May 2015 - Forester - Best Car Buying Experience - ever . . Our experience with World Subaru was the best car buying experience-ever. From when Joe Tompkins first called and followed-up on my web site visit, Our experience with World Subaru was the best car buying experience-ever. From when Joe Tompkins first called and followed-up on my web site visit, to when my wife and I first came in to meet with JG (Glen) Miller. There was never any pressure, instead just real strong information about options and pricing. All options were discussed, leasing vs buying, which level Forester, accessories, etc. to buy. JR was responding to my texts and emails throughout those days - there was never any interest or need going to any other dealership, even though 2 dealerships were closer, it just didn't make sense. Nicole was awesome with some us the many details of the electronics! In a field loaded with hard-driving Sales guys, the World Subaru Team is on their game. I will absolutely recommend the World Subaru to my friends and family. More

Confident I just purchased a 2016 Outback 2.5i Limited from Sam Spencer. I was amazed at the efficiency and professionalism I received during the whole transac I just purchased a 2016 Outback 2.5i Limited from Sam Spencer. I was amazed at the efficiency and professionalism I received during the whole transaction of the purchase. Sam was extremely honest and took the time to understand my needs during the purchase. He explained every aspect of my transaction and responded to my calls & questions in a timely manner. He is totally respectful and made me feel confident during my purchase and for any future issue or concerns that may arise. I will definitely recommend him to anyone interested in getting a Suburu whether finance or leasing. In addition I would like to say that the finance manager Mike was very helpful. He showed me everything that was purchased & explained each charge to me in a consumer friendly way, I did not feel pressured and was able to understand the contract in each area. I was so pleased and confident about the way he took his time to explain all of my options in the purchase. I also bought an amazing warranty with GAP & Tire protection. So now I feel totally secure with my purchase, because I plan to keep the car for a long time and wanted the extra security. Upon the delivery of the I was shown how to use many features of the Outback by Nicole Sciamerlli. She took her time and had patience to make sure when I left the dealership I can ride away with comfort and considering the temperature hit the high 90's, Ms. Nicole still remained eager to show me exactly what I needed to know. She gave me her business card and said if there is anything I need to know she can be reached without delay. She advised me that I will be returning to pick up my plates and to schedule a "Love-Encore" visit to further explain any questions and how to truly interact with the car. So in conclusion, considering I went on my own and not with my family as I have always did in my past auto purchases, I left the dealership happy, enthusiastic to return but most of all confident with the purchase I made. World Suburu was excellent and I cannot wait to go back. They "ROCK". Great job everyone, you made me very happy.. More

Refreshing Buying Experience After doing my research on line, I traveled to World Subaru in Tinton Falls to see 2 cars that peaked my interest. Ahead of my trip, there was a stea After doing my research on line, I traveled to World Subaru in Tinton Falls to see 2 cars that peaked my interest. Ahead of my trip, there was a steady stream of email communications telling me who to see, where to go and that they were looking forward to seeing me. When I arrived, I met with the sales person (Girsh Berman) and told him what I wanted to see and away we went. The sales process was very hassle free and I didn't fell pressured - even when I was deciding on whether to buy or keep looking... no pressure. I ended up buying a non-Subaru from World Subaru - but they took care of everything and told me I could bring the car there for service or to the Volkswagen dealership in Neptune that is part of the dealership family. In the end, I believe I got a fair price for the vehicle I bought and got a very good price for my trade in. All in All - I am very happy with the experience and would recommend World Subaru going forward. More

At World Subaru, we dealt with a Sales Representative who understood our needs, placed us in 2 possible cars, provided excellent summaries for each car, and helped with our decision-making. Without a doubt, he knew the capabilities of potential candidate cars and provided in-depth information on each which was targeted to our requirements. All of our questions were treated with respect, and his answers were "on the mark". We completed the deal on our third visit to the dealership, having done our best to understand the very excellent product material provided during the first visit. Although we had done the normal research on possible solutions for our needs, we started our search process with an open mind. We believe that our decision was driven by the product capabilities of the Outback, its outstanding safety features, and the ability of the Sales Representative to understand fully our objectives. Amazing This is the greatest dealer I have been to. Micheal was a huge help. Was honest and very straight up.
