Overall Good Experience Out of all the dealerships I visited, World Subaru provided the best experience. However, my sales person needs to work on his customer service skills. He was a bit inpatient with me and if I do decide to go back, I'll probably ask to work with someone else. My experience dealing with the finance department was very good though. More

Refreshing Buying Experience After doing my research on line, I traveled to World Subaru in Tinton Falls to see 2 cars that peaked my interest. Ahead of my trip, there was a stea After doing my research on line, I traveled to World Subaru in Tinton Falls to see 2 cars that peaked my interest. Ahead of my trip, there was a steady stream of email communications telling me who to see, where to go and that they were looking forward to seeing me. When I arrived, I met with the sales person (Girsh Berman) and told him what I wanted to see and away we went. The sales process was very hassle free and I didn't fell pressured - even when I was deciding on whether to buy or keep looking... no pressure. I ended up buying a non-Subaru from World Subaru - but they took care of everything and told me I could bring the car there for service or to the Volkswagen dealership in Neptune that is part of the dealership family. In the end, I believe I got a fair price for the vehicle I bought and got a very good price for my trade in. All in All - I am very happy with the experience and would recommend World Subaru going forward. More

Effective, Efficient, and Pleasant Experience A well organized dealership, with some really great people. At World Subaru, we dealt with a Sales Representative who understood our needs, placed us A well organized dealership, with some really great people. At World Subaru, we dealt with a Sales Representative who understood our needs, placed us in 2 possible cars, provided excellent summaries for each car, and helped with our decision-making. Without a doubt, he knew the capabilities of potential candidate cars and provided in-depth information on each which was targeted to our requirements. All of our questions were treated with respect, and his answers were "on the mark". We completed the deal on our third visit to the dealership, having done our best to understand the very excellent product material provided during the first visit. Although we had done the normal research on possible solutions for our needs, we started our search process with an open mind. We believe that our decision was driven by the product capabilities of the Outback, its outstanding safety features, and the ability of the Sales Representative to understand fully our objectives. When it came to price, Michael was very reasonable right from the start, did not try to take advantage of us in any way, was able to meet our few requests and we were able to close a deal on a Great Impreza 5 door that my Mom is super happy with. Then Michael Warnock in Finance went over all the options and scenarios, patiently provided all the figures we requested to make sure we chose the best deal. Rich Riccitelli let me take the vehicle I chose for a few hours to test drive and show my spouse. After the purchase discovered the vehicle had a drivability issue and was not detailed to our taste. Rich had the vehicle detailed again and Nancy Miller resolved the braking problem graciously. I will be giving this dealership my future business and look forward to bringing our car there for service under their VIP program. Refreshing to visit a dealership with long-time employees and realize their human capital is the greatest asset. More

The parts and service department staff are courteous and make all necessary repairs, oil changes, etc to my complete satisfaction! They perform their job skillfully. Also, I and my family have continuously dealt with the same salesperson, Girsh Berman, for the last ten years! He is knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and extremely dedicated to seeing that his clients are satisfied, and have had all their questions and concerns addressed to their full satisfaction! He returns his calls to his clients within less than 24 hours. He is dedicated to explaining all the benefits of leasing and/or financing that will help his client choose the best alternative for their specific needs! He always is organized with the paperwork involved in the sale of the vehicle as well as advising his client of the importance of eac document he or she is signing. He always follows up with the client a day after the purchase to ensure that the client is well satisfied with their purchase and he again answers and acts upon any concerns they may have at that time!
