When it came to price, Michael was very reasonable right from the start, did not try to take advantage of us in any way, was able to meet our few requests and we were able to close a deal on a Great Impreza 5 door that my Mom is super happy with. Then Michael Warnock in Finance went over all the options and scenarios, patiently provided all the figures we requested to make sure we chose the best deal. Rich had the vehicle detailed again and Nancy Miller resolved the braking problem graciously. I will be giving this dealership my future business and look forward to bringing our car there for service under their VIP program.
