Best Dealership Ever! I have been to many dealerships in the past, but nothing can compare to World Subaru in Tinton Falls. Dan Greco and Shane Henderson greeted us as soo I have been to many dealerships in the past, but nothing can compare to World Subaru in Tinton Falls. Dan Greco and Shane Henderson greeted us as soon as we arrived and had the WRX that my son was interested in ready and waiting to go for a test drive. This is a totally hassle free dealership with no pressure on the buyer at all. Dan, Shane, and the entire staff are excellent at what they do. We are extremely happy with our purchase, and will definitely be back for future purchases. If you are in the market for a car now they have a March Madness Bonus going on, My son actually won his first car payment! More

Number 1 pick for your car purchase! I am a very precise shopper and knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and I was even more precise with the fair price I wanted to pay. It has been a while since I made a vehicle purchase, reason being is I abhor the sales process. I have dealt with 5 dealers before I came across World Subaru. Living at quite a distance, I didn't think it was possible to negotiate a fair deal remotely but I must say World Subaru made the process very seamless for me. From the beginning, the Internet sales associate Vanessa Obregon was very prompt and professional with my inquiry. I explained to her my distance restrictions, the car I was interested in as well as my criteria and offer. The interaction with Vanessa was crucial as she gave me a GREAT first impression. Not only did she listen to me, she relayed the information to my sales associate, Glen Miller, perfectly without me having to re-explain anything. Vanessa assured me Glen would work diligently to earn my business. Glen was such a delight to work with and he went above and beyond to EARN my business. He worked so efficiently to appraise my trade in, review credit application and address all questions and concerns regarding the vehicle REMOTELY. The final sales negotiator was with the sales manager, Shane Henderson and he was also very accommodating. My husband and I explained very clearly the fair price we wanted to pay for the vehicle and both Shane and Glenn did everything they could to meet my bottom line. Glenn was very assuring throughout the process and his professionalism is the main reason I chose to buy a car from World Subaru. The entire sales process took 3 days exactly and 100% of the pre-work was done remotely via emails and calls. The day of purchase went very smoothly as Glen was very organized and prepared and my husband and I didn't need to spend much time at the dealership. I was also very satisfied with my interaction with Shane and the Finance Manager Michael Warnock. The car was, as advertised, in immaculate condition and it also came with a 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty, 2 first complimentary oil change and tire rotation. After the purchase, Glen followed up to ensure my satisfaction with the purchase and with the service I received. Their Service Coordinator, Jessica Wenninger, also followed up to schedule my first complimentary oil change as well. Working for the one of the biggest tech companies, I must say I am so proud to see how efficient World Subaru is with their capabilities to work remotely with customers. In all, I highly recommend World Subaru in Tinton Falls and Glen Miller. Glen is the best vehicle sales associate I have ever worked with. Thank you Glen, Vanessa and Shane for making my vehicle purchase a pleasant one. :-) More

They made the process of getting a car very comfortable. My salesperson, Alli Mendez, was friendly and easy to talk to. I test drove a Forester and an Imprezza on Saturday and both models were really great. I came back on Monday 2/29 and leased the Imprezza. Alli and the team made the process so easy. The safety features of these cars are important to me because of the recent accident that totaled my car. Everyone at the dealership was nice, and there was never any pressure. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I would encourage anyone looking for a reliable car to come to World Subaru. More

Friendliest staff and overall great experience After researching various different mid-sized SUVs over the internet, my wife and I were interested in getting more details on a 2016 Subaru Forester. After researching various different mid-sized SUVs over the internet, my wife and I were interested in getting more details on a 2016 Subaru Forester. We found the World Subaru dealership to have great reviews on the internet prior to our visit so we decided to check them out. Glad we did! Upon arrival we were greeted by Girsh Berman right away who was very friendly and accommodating. After a discussion with Girsh about what we were looking for we were soon on our way to our first test drive. Girsh was very thorough in his explanations of features with the various different trims and the different options we had. The test drive was great. We didn't end up making a purchase that day but we definitely left feeling well taken care of and informed. We ended up scheduling another appointment a few weeks later with Girsh. We decided to test drive a different trim of the Forester and once again Girsh was more than accommodating and helpful. After our second test drive, we were interested in talking about our financing options. In the past, with other car manufacturers/dealerships this has always been the worst part of the car buying process. Girsh on the other-hand was great to work with! He was very helpful and I could tell he was leveling with us. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or sold. All of our options were clearly explained and I truly felt that Girsh was working with us to find out what worked best for US and not for what would make the dealership more money. He broke down all the different financing options, and he even worked with his sales manager to get us a good deal. The process was smooth and after signing a few documents with Mike in Financing, we were on the road with our new vehicle. We have been to the dealership a few times since and everyone we have spoken to whether it be on the sales floor or the service department have all been friendly. To top it all off, we even received a call days after we drove off the lot from Mike informing us that he was able to work to get us a BETTER interest rate with the bank than previously available which lowered our monthly payments even further. It is obvious from my experience that this dealership goes out of their way for their customers. More
