My mother, an elderly woman, was taken advantage of here. I am not going into a long sob story here. I just want to raise a red flag to those who read reviews. There are other Nissan dealers in the area. Shop elsewhere. More

above any expectation A+ service I am beyond happy with the experience i had at Pine Belt Nissan. As soon as i put in a request on a new lease i received a phone call from the Manager I am beyond happy with the experience i had at Pine Belt Nissan. As soon as i put in a request on a new lease i received a phone call from the Manager Halim Assal who signed me with Sale's Expert Matt Trancone. First Halim explained the entire process first to me before anything and very detailed on the numbers and financing. By the time i even made it to the dealer he arranged Matt to have the vehicle pulled up and explained to me all the features and the benefits that the Nissan Rogue has. After my test drive Matt already had a cold bottle of water at his desk (very nice touch on a hot day lol) Matt then walked me around the entire dealership from the service entrance and greeted me to every staff in his words so when i come in they all know who i am. I instantly felt not pressured and felt as if i am part of the family. when i returned to his desk Halim understood exactly where i was financially comfortable with payment and gave me a couple off options which best suited my needs. He went above and beyond and gave me such a great deal on my rogue everything went very smooth i already knew the process because halim went step by step so i know what to expect. Then when i went into finance dealt with Evan Winderbaum he explained every part of paper work so i was fully informed with it. as we were talking he gave me a great deal with the window etch so i would be protect with my vehicle! when that was all done they already had my new car and my old car parked side by side in the garage and My Prima another sales consultant helped me empty out my vehicle. I have never in my life received any type experience at a dealership then i was here. it didn't even end there. they even gave me free door edge guards as courtesy. A hour after i left i received a a phone call from Mr. Damato wanting to know if there was any thing else they can assist me on. i personally want to thank the staff at Pine Belt Nissan for making my experience worth a Million Bucks. I am still in shell shock on how much they helped me! thank you again Pine Belt Nissan More

I went there expecting to be told that I couldn’t afford t I’m quite surprised by the reviews here. My experience with Pine Belt Nissan was fantastic! I went there expecting to be told that I couldn’t afford the Maxima, assuming they’d try to get me into another car that I didn’t want, but that’s not the case. Chris and Mike went above and beyond to help me out without any pressure! And guess what? I got my Maxima! I couldn’t be happier! Thanks again Chris and Mike! More

All Lies. From the BDC right down to the manager and salesperson, everyone there claimed they knew nothing! Manager was supposed to meet me in the showroom, I From the BDC right down to the manager and salesperson, everyone there claimed they knew nothing! Manager was supposed to meet me in the showroom, I asked for him, he was nowhere to be found. I was assured by the BDC on the phone, that the manager Mike Weeden knew my story, what I wanted and what my budget was. He never showed. They told us to go sit with that salesperson over there! The salesperson was not nice and thought this was my first car ever....I am twice his age and this was certainly not my first rodeo. I guess we looked stupid to him. When he treated us like fools, we got up and walked out. A man was on our heels, asking is there anything he could do for us? I asked him his name, and he replied "Mike". I asked if he was Mike Weeden the Manager I was supposed to work with, and he said" Yes he was but had no knowledge of any meeting!"....funny how he comes to the forefront when we were exiting. Scratch this dealer off my list. More

Great experience! We have been a long-time customer of Pine Belt Nissan and there's a good reason for that - they are very straight-forward, honest, nice, hard-working We have been a long-time customer of Pine Belt Nissan and there's a good reason for that - they are very straight-forward, honest, nice, hard-working people. Bought a new 2010 Sentra in 2009 and the service department kept it going for 8 years and 147000 miles. Unfortunately, a major repair needed to be done on the Sentra that would have been more than the cost of a down payment towards another car. Pine Belt was our first stop and the Certified Pre-Owned Rogue was the desired car. On the first visit, there were not many to choose from (which I take as both a good thing and a bad thing!). However, after a few weeks (most notably, after their 4th of July sales), we came back and choose one of their CPO Rogues (2015, S model). Bob was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process! We agreed on a fair price for both the Rogue and the trade-in value for the Sentra (which Mike was very instrumental in - he gave us the same price that a car junkyard was going to give for it). Bob clearly explained the Nissan certification process as well as the warranty that comes along with it. Once we shook hands on the car, the finance department was also a good experience. At first, we weren't going to take the extended warranty but after thinking about the fact that the car is used, we were able to negotiate a fair price on the extended warranty as well. Ultimately, the total cost of the warranty would pay for itself in one major repair. After the paperwork was all said and done, Bob had the car washed and detailed and we were on our way! Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River has our highest recommendation! More

This dealer ship was by far the best experience we had. Our salesmen Angel Montalvo was very helpfull, no scams or hidden cost's like we found at other dealers. We were in and out and drove the car home in a few hours. I would highly recomend this dealer ship and Angelo, it was a pleasure working with him. More
