Great staff, worked with Ali and Tony to get out of a bad deal through Mazda and into a 2016 Jeep Rubicon with less negative equity. Management was flexible with the down payment(split payments) and offered deal through Mazda and into a 2016 Jeep Rubicon with less negative equity. My experience started out great, I was hesitant, we fought over the price and came to a deal. They did not deliver when they said the vehicle had some features. We went back and tried to figure out if fought over the price and came to a deal. They did not deliver when they said the vehicle had some features. We went back and tried to figure out if there was an issue. That feature was not there, even though on the invoice it was shown to say it had that feature. A simple "Hey we can fix that up, that's our mistake" would have kept the vehicle in my ownership. Unfortunately they tried to buy me out or we could rescind the deal. We rescinded the deal. It was not worth the hassle of doing it myself when it was a mistake on their part that could easily been fixed. Or if they could not have fixed the problem, they could have given me a reason why. So we rescinded the deal and went and sought better service elsewhere. And got a new vehicle down the road and purchased their warranty More
