Service above and beyond. I always take my vehicle to Boucher for maintenance. Service is the best and everyone one there is always welcoming me. We used the shuttle service l I always take my vehicle to Boucher for maintenance. Service is the best and everyone one there is always welcoming me. We used the shuttle service last time. We had our protective masks on and the wife took hers off when we pulled into the driveway. She wears hearing aids and one of them was caught in the elastic when she removed it and the hearing aid fell somewhere in the vehicle. We looked for about 10 min. but the driver had to pick someone else up, he said he will look for it when he returns to Boucher. I called the manager, told him what happened, he said he will have the detail shop look. nothing was found. The next day my wife and I went back to Boucher and asked if we could go through the vehicle again. Manager said no problem. We have a blue tooth program that shows last location of hearing aid and always showed Frank Boucher location. We finally found the aid. Boucher held the vehicle until we were satisfied one way or the other. They used another vehicle for customers. How awesome. Boucher did not have to be so cooperative because they are a business. It is because they are totally for the customer. They drive with you every mile. awesome, awesome auto dealer. More

Always Great Service With the craziness surrounding COVID-19, I needed an oil change and a brake job. Mike was awesome in setting this up. The service department is fantastic, well-run and all the people are nice. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I've used other service departments and this, by far, is the best one. My car was totaled by a hit n run driver on monday, Illinois went into a stay in place order from the Coronavirus on Saturday at 5pm, my insurance rental expires in a week. Kyle asked me a few questions at 1pm on Saturday and he pulled up with a vehicle I said I’d never buy. At 4:45p on Sat the dealership and Kyle made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Highly recommended place to buy your next car. More

I have worked with Mike Wichgers a few times in the past and always found him to be knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Thus time communication could have been better. After a few days I called to check on the progress of my repair. I left a message. Several hours later I had to call again to discuss progress with him. People get busy and maybe my call got overlooked, I can understand how those things happen. When he did call when it was time to pick up my car, I did indicate I had a few questions. He told me to stop in after 5:30. When I got there I learned he had already left. I was disappointed about that. More

All In The Family I went in to Boucher for winterization of my 2016 Malibu and for checking an engine light. The work was done in great time and professionally. When I left the service area I went to the showroom, as my lease would be up in April 2020, and I didn't want to wait until the last minute. I was actually looking at the Chevy Trax, having driven 2 of them in the past year while work was done on the Malibu. Luke Lueneburg from the sales department took good care of me, and actually told me that my timing was perfect, as customers were being offered employee discounts. Within a couple of hours, I had made a deal for a 2020 Trax in my favorite color, Blue. Nick was very helpful in going through many of the details. Now this was on a Tuesday. I got a call on Friday morning that the new Trax had arrived. I was expecting to spend a couple of hours in the finance office, but it was all prepared, and I just needed to sign or initial the various forms. I have driven the car for about 12 days now, and it is everything I could have hoped for. Today is New Year's Day, and I can begin 2020 knowing that my car needs are taken care of, and I continue to be in good hands. I came back a few days ago with one question on the back seating, and Michael Retlaff very graciously helped me right away. The sales team is excellent, but what keeps bringing me back to Boucher time after time is primarily the great Service Dept. under the guidance of John Kaiser.. More

New Hallmark Movie: Christmas at Boucher I have 4 months left on a 4-year lease on my 2016 Malibu. I wanted to get it ready for Mother Nature and Old Man Winter. I called late last week, and I have 4 months left on a 4-year lease on my 2016 Malibu. I wanted to get it ready for Mother Nature and Old Man Winter. I called late last week, and talked to Michael Wichgers, and we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 9 AM. I got there at 9. It was very busy, but the garage door opened promptly for me and I was able to get in. Michael was at his station and came over right away.to welcome me. I was ushered to his desk and he showed me a special promotion that Boucher had that would get the car fully winterized I also gave him a list of a few other things to check on. I indicated I would be waiting and was escorted to the customer lounge. There I was able to work at a table at writing Christmas cards, as I was drinking a nice cup of coffee that was provided. I was expecting a long wait because it was busy, but a little after 10 Michael came in that my car was ready. How pleased was I? Well, I was so pleased that instead of leaving, I drove my fully winterized car around the corner and parked it outside the showroom so that I could go in and check out my next vehicle, because I knew there was no doubt that I would continue leasing through Boucher. As I mention every time I go in, to anyone who will listen, I love the Chevrolet car, I appreciate the sales department and all the other employees, but I treasure the most the Boucher Chevrolet Service Dept. under the guidance of John Kaiser and his crew. The are friendly, conscientious, professional, thorough, and expert in the service they provide to their customers and their vehicles. Anyhow, I spotted a beautiful blue Trax with a bright red bow on the hood and, as I was looking it over, was approached by a salesman who was able to answer all my questions. His name was Luke. That was very ironic, because that very morning at Church, we had heard the Gospel of St. Matthew on the lineage of Jesus through Joseph. I had asked the priest after Mass about Mary's lineage, and he said, "You have to go to Luke for that." And as Luke was helping me pick out my next car, I couldn't help but remember Father Joseph's prophetic advice: "You have to go to Luke." And as I was working with Luke, I told him that the main reason I was going to lease again through Boucher was the great Service Center! Thanks to Luke and to Nick Nelson, the Sales Manager for exploring all the options to make an offer that covered all my needs but was within my budget.I actually was able to make a deal on my next car that same day. I'm going to lease a 2020 Trax. I'd also like to ackowledge and thank Michael Retzlaff, who helped me with my last lease and also answered questions back in the Fall that helped me consider the Trax. I'd like to thank Chris Tessmer for coming over to greet and talk to me. I had received written communications from him about the possibility of turning in my Malibu early before the lease was over. And I'd like to thank Robert David, for getting me a cup of coffee with plenty of sugar and Mark Towne, whom I previously had for a couple of earlier leases, for his coming over to talk to me. Everyone at Boucher was friendly and courteous, and I couldn't help but notice that makes such an impression to a customer to notice the team approach, rather than feeling a sense of jealousy or greediness or competition among the sales members. They are all in support of one another in order to make the best experience for the customer! And so another Christmas Hallmark movie ends happily ever after, thanks to Boucher's great service department and sales team. More
