Worst Experience Ever! The worst dealership experience I have ever had. My husband and I purchased a used Yukon Denali from this dealership. We have had the truck for 2 week The worst dealership experience I have ever had. My husband and I purchased a used Yukon Denali from this dealership. We have had the truck for 2 weeks as of today and now the car isn't running. I know you maybe thinking "they purchased the car as is" but no we didn't. We purchased the car with an extended warranty from this dealership. We purchased the warranty because the truck had 104,000 miles on it at the time of purchase so we wanted to ensure that if we had any issues with the vehicle we would be covered. Little did we know and oddly enough the finance manager didn't mention to us that the warranty isn't available for use until after 30 days of purchase. So from the time we drove off the lot until 30 days later our truck isn't covered for any type of repair services, roadside assistance, or rental assistance which is all covered in the warranty but not until 30 days after purchase even though we paid for the warranty the same time we paid for the truck. We have contacted the salesman, the finance manager, and the sales manager to discuss a resolution but of course everyone is to busy to return our call. The only resolution they offered was for us to drive the vehicle to another dealership, that's right not this dealership where we purchased the truck and warranty but another dealership and for US to pay for them perform a diagnostic test. We haven't even paid our first note on this vehicle. I'm sure this has nothing to do with the fact that when my husband went into the dealership by himself initially, no one not even the receptionist acknowledge him. Several other salesmen walked pass him until one black salesman decided to offer him some assistance. I'm also sure this has nothing to do with the fact that when we went in to purchase the vehicle we had already secured our own financing with two different banks (one of which had already provided us with check to pay for the vehicle) and we were going to purchase two vehicles until they started switching the prices up on us to ensure we pay more for the vehicles. All signs that we should've never purchased this truck from this dealership but it was a really good deal and my husband had being looking for this exact truck to expand his transportation business. With that being said, I will be sure to express and share my sincere disappointment with this dealership to any and everyone I know and I encounter. More

Jason was wonderful in putting the deal together with a reasonable trade in, so he was great as well. Mr Taylor has taken care of my cars for years, and knows me well; and I did value his input in getting the correct vehicle for me. I would never purchase any vehicle without Mr Taylor's advice. More

From the get-go this place was completely unprofessional. Days of dealers caring about their customers is gone and this place is at the forefront. Upon arriving it was like waking through a ghost town, no do Days of dealers caring about their customers is gone and this place is at the forefront. Upon arriving it was like waking through a ghost town, no doors were opened, no one greeted us, nothing. Finally we were put with a sales rep who had no clue what she was doing. They pull the vehicle around so we could look at it and drive it (mind you we drove 3 hours to this dealer). On our way out to the vehicle my wife is almost backed into by another dealership employee. Test drive completed without much input from the sales rep which wasn't unwelcome at this point, we started talking finances. Came to an agreement after much haggling but satisfied with our deal.... Fast forward TWO months of calling messaging and basically harassing the dealership, they FINALLY submit the required paperwork to our bank so the loan could be funded.. I've never met a less eager dealer to get their money for a vehicle sold. Overall it was an unnecessarily stressful experience and we will never ever in a million years buy another vehicle from Mercedes Benz of New Orleans. More
