Michaela was super responsive when I first contacted the dealership online to ask about vehicles available on the lot. After visiting the dealership in person, she then had me work with Frank who was very dealership online to ask about vehicles available on the lot. Both Frank and Michaela were persistent (but not annoying) to make sure I had everything I needed for my decision. In the end, Frank was able to match a competitive offer from another dealer which sealed the deal. More

They don't tell you all the "extra" addons until you want to make a commitment. When I gave them the VIN of my car. "Oh that will be another $2000 and another $1500 since you don't live in New York." Mistakes were made at every step of the process. From listening when I said several times that I was not going to trade in my car and still got it wrong, to my payment receipt showing the wrong amou From listening when I said several times that I was not going to trade in my car and still got it wrong, to my payment receipt showing the wrong amount. I was not offered initially the option of putting a deposit down on a truck which was in the build stage. 2 months after that when I visited the dealership a second time that was offered and the truck came in 4 months in after that.
