I have bought Rxs at this dealership and would not go anywhere else, Harry Perez has been very professional and low key. My 1st 2023 RX350 ordered on 12/3/2022 ran into a delivery problem and when I got anywhere else, Harry Perez has been very professional and low key. My 1st 2023 RX350 ordered on 12/3/2022 ran into a delivery problem and when I got the call it finally arrived 2 weeks ago I was happy, but short lived I was half way to pick it up when I got a call the car got damaged in transport. I continued to the dealership to see what happened. When I arrived as I drove thru the lot harry was standing by the car. He showed me the damage. I refused the delivery. Harry said they would locate another RX350 same color and options. Harry and Michal located a match and I just picked it up last week. Very happy with Harry and this Dealership. Al C More
