Eddie is completely incompetent and rude. He does not know how to speak to people, or uphold the Subaru brand. He speaks to costumers as though he does not value their business, or concerns. I was concerned for my safety driving my brand new car bought from thus dealership less than 2 months ago. Eddie smirked at me, laughing and let me know my concerns were not his problem. As I continued to express my concerns Eddie walked away from me, leaving me scared, and mad. For a company who puts such an emphasis on safety, I would think they would hire employees who uphold those same values. I would absolutely not recommend to work with him, or use this dealership in general with the way he treated me. More

First of all, I normally dread the new buying process and never write reviews! But..this last experience with Autobarn Subaru of Countryside was totally different! From the first phone call inquiring about never write reviews! But..this last experience with Autobarn Subaru of Countryside was totally different! From the first phone call inquiring about availability of the white Forester Premium to walking into the showroom and meeting with Freddy Hamed, my daughter and I were treated promptly and with courtesy and respect. Freddy was thorough and answered more questions than we even thought to ask about features on the car. He made price negotiations with the managers quick and easy with honoring the Costco price and all the additional perks that another dealer was throwing in. We were treated like people and not numbers by making us comfortable with coffee and snacks and helping us find the local branch of our bank and contacting them for us. I can't say enough kind words about my experience! It was the absolute best experience that I have ever had and I look forward to the follow up appointments and continued service at Autobarn Subaru!
