My new Sierra is the fifth new vehicle i have purchased from James Wood GMC over the last 20 years. Sales and service has always been good. But Michel was great today. I told him what I wanted, how I woul from James Wood GMC over the last 20 years. Sales and service has always been good. But Michel was great today. I told him what I wanted, how I would trade and finance it and he made it happen ASAP with absolutely no pressure. We had to wait for the bed cover to come in and Michel kept me informed every step of the way to when the truck was ready. This is probably the overall best purchase experience, including sales, finance and service, I have had at James Wood GMC. More
