Total peace of mind we were not able to "make a deal" This place was truly awful to deal with. The advertised price is *nothing* close to what you'll actually end up paying. First, they force you to use t This place was truly awful to deal with. The advertised price is *nothing* close to what you'll actually end up paying. First, they force you to use their financing department in order to receive the advertised price (it's literally thousands of dollars difference -- in my case, it was $22,500 vs. $26,991). If they decide not to force you, then they use that as leverage by trying to make you feel as if they're doing you a huge favor by honoring the advertised online price. Next, they slap on a $899 "Pre-Delivery Service Charge". After that, they tried to tell me my tax/tag/title fee was $1337 when I had verified and sent proof from my DMV that it was only $959. They were very insistent their estimates were correct, and even after I provided proof which pointed out such large discrepancies, there was never any apology made and it took them days to sort it out. After all of this, their "best" offer was $23,864. A massive waste of time for everyone with all of the unnecessary back and forth spanning over a full week, just to arrive at a price I couldn't pay. I also spoke to three separate salespeople and no one was ever up to date on the current information, so the dealership itself is incredibly inefficient. Not to mention, they are very nice people at first, but end up being more deceptively 'salesy' than imaginable (I have bought many cars in my life, and I must say, this dealership takes the cake). I ended up buying the same vehicle, 6k less mileage, CERTIFIED, from a different dealership which believes in upfront pricing, and paid far less. It's also worth mentioning that my Carfax account saved the Ocala vehicle's VIN number, and I received notification emails a few weeks after I had given up and the car had been purchased by someone else, that the car had been serviced (engine checked and both axles replaced). Overall, it was just an incredibly time-consuming, frustrating, and ethically questionable experience. I have total peace of mind that things were not meant to work out with this dealership. More

Truly a VERY EASY experience No BS, No Gimmicks, Nice, Friendly, not your stereo-typical "car salespeople". I could tell there was an "urgency" behind the scenes to address, proce No BS, No Gimmicks, Nice, Friendly, not your stereo-typical "car salespeople". I could tell there was an "urgency" behind the scenes to address, process, and complete the credit, get me the package I needed and not waste my time. I was not 'rushed' they just valued my time and my level of requirements...Quick, Painless, out the door with the car I went in to look at ....Easy Peasy...Would not hesitate to do business with them again and again. More
