Beth, the online representative got back to my query from Autotrader so quickly and got me setup with a virtual walk-around of the car the same day. Michele, the salesperson drove the car to my house the nex Autotrader so quickly and got me setup with a virtual walk-around of the car the same day. Michele, the salesperson drove the car to my house the next day and let me take a test drive in my neighborhood. After I told her what online car buyers sere offering for my vehicle she got back to me the next day with an offer that matched those I had gotten and 2 days later I traded in my car and got an incredible deal that matched my budget perfectly. The entire staff, including Joe in the finance department, was very polite, professional, and made the experience I've best I've ever had at a dealer. I'd highly recommend Annapolis Subaru to anyone.
