Replaced mechatronic under warranty Although my vehicle has less than 20,000 miles I learned from Dan Vick, my service advisor, that a new mechatronic needed to be installed. Initially t Although my vehicle has less than 20,000 miles I learned from Dan Vick, my service advisor, that a new mechatronic needed to be installed. Initially the part wasn't available but after approximatley a week Dan informed me it was in and we scheduled an appointment. I was set up with a loaner and 2 days later I was driving my car again. There was no charge for anything and Dan was very pleasant and helpful. More
