At this time, I can only express how disappointed and frustrated I am with the service I received at the Frisco location. I literally walked out with no copies of the signed paperwork for my 2025 Jeep frustrated I am with the service I received at the Frisco location. I literally walked out with no copies of the signed paperwork for my 2025 Jeep grand Cherokee purchased on the 29th of Dec. Every time you call and if you’re lucky enough that someone picks up the phone, you’re transferred, only to run across everyone’s voicemails are full and you cannot leave a message! I finally received my paperwork on the 12th VIA email after getting the GM involved. After finally reviewing it I was literally shocked Michelle Cruz added $6,103.00 worth of warranty, really on a new vehicle?! Of course, I’ve sent three emails with this concern and additional questions and of course, no response…. More

Sales is pretty good Chase did great but after I gave my down payment it went down hill finance could not find the paperwork we had signed and took an additional 2 hours from the previous 4 hours we were at down payment it went down hill finance could not find the paperwork we had signed and took an additional 2 hours from the previous 4 hours we were at the dealership initially on Friday (Chase can verify it was that long) and had signed everything already so yesterday when we went to pick up Jonathan said there was nothing done by Michelle which is the finance manager not sure why it was so complicated if we had sent insurance and everything to Michelle why they could not resume where she left unless she actually did not do anything, last thing is they do not answer the phones called 5 times no answer! More
