My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new/used vehicle. Our salesman Nate Hoffman took his time with us as we had questions about leasing. After much discussion, we realized leasing was new/used vehicle. Our salesman Nate Hoffman took his time with us as we had questions about leasing. After much discussion, we realized leasing was not the path we wanted to go. Upon leaving this dealership we visited another and did not get the warm welcome we got from Thomas Subaru. Several days later we decided used was the way we wanted to go and a Subaru was our choice. We contacted Nate about a vehicle we saw on the Bedford lot. My husband met up with Nate to test-drive a few vehicles. Nate informed him about an Outback that was just traded in at the Bedford location this vehicle was also brought to the Motor City location. We test-drove it on Monday and drive it home on Tuesday. We are very pleased with the entire experience. More
