I then proceeded to test drive the car, when I got back Patrick was more than efficient with helping me answer my questions about not only the car but insurance, payments, and maintaining the car. He offered us complimentary water, coffee and tea. Very thankful for the Thomas Subaru dealership and how they excelled with customer service and answering all my questions before taking my car home. More

Jaison was very personalable and accommodating for myself, my fiancée and our 10 month old son. After we test drove the vehicle, we knew immediately it was the one for us. After receiving help from Michelle to establish financing at an excellent interest rate, we left later that day in our new Santa Fe. Even after we left Jaison has continued to communicate and ensure everything this far has been satisfactory. Best car buying experience I’ve had My husband and I decided to start looking for a second vehicle last Saturday (March 24th) and looked at Thomas’s website. We got in contact with Mike Mace and he was very quick to get back with us. We scheduled a test drive for Monday, March 26th. Mike met with us and introduced us to James Howard. James was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the process and got us in our new car in no time. We were very pleased with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of the dealership. We weren’t pressured into looking at cars we weren’t interested in or any additional packages. It was a straightforward and honest deal. We will be back again for our next car! He was my Salesperson back in 2014 when I bought my very first Subaru. We started talking. About 3-years ago, I kept getting emails, Subaru wanted to buy my Car, so I could trade it in, for a newer model. So, he discussed my options, buying a new car or to lease a new car. I very quickly started to listen to him about leasing a new, 2018 Subaru Forester. I knew I would like the Car, as I already have one. Mine had about 31,000 miles on it, and I've had it for almost 4-years. Loved it. So, I decided to lease a new 2018 Subaru Forester. This is the very first time, that I have had a vehicle that is an automatic. I've been driving for over 40-years, just have to get used to giving my left leg/foot a rest. When ever I am looking for a new car in the future, I would recommend Jonathan Loughrie at Thomas. I would also recommend him to any of my friends that may be looking for a new car. A plus with the car, it has Xm Radio installed. Which I love. More

We always feel welcome, comfortable, and fairly dealt with from the first test drive to our trade-in evaluation to financing our new car. Jon Meadors was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the operation of the Outback we test drove, answering all questions and concerns. After we purchased our car, Jon went over the fine details of operation, explaining the eyesight, bluetooth, navigation, etc. The next day I had a few more questions that were answered promptly after a phone call to Johnathan Loughrie. We will definitely do business with this dealership again. More
