Poor customer service I continue to have suspension issues with a truck that is less than a year old and only has 12,000 miles on it after being purchased new. I have had m I continue to have suspension issues with a truck that is less than a year old and only has 12,000 miles on it after being purchased new. I have had my Silverado 1500 in the Holm service shop 3 different times for the same issues with no resolution. The most recent trip included an oil change and tire rotation and balance. The oil change was fine but otherwise no correction of the suspension issue or the noise being made from the front and rear suspension anytime a bump is hit. The tire pressure monitor system is also not working correctly and the technicians were unable to correctly sync my tires with the correct location on the vehicle, the left front reads as the right rear, etc. the service advisor stated they couldn’t get the tires to sync with the monitor system!! And that’s were it was left, basically a sorry that we can’t get it to work! I have given Holm automotive more than enough chances to fix the suspension issue and it is obvious they do not like being questioned about anything that I does not benefit them. I will no longer do any business whatsoever with this dealership, pathetic sales customer service as well as less than optimal vehicle service in the service department. I have attempted in the past to discuss my issues from the poor customer service after the sale to poor service from the service department, but the sales manager essentially didn’t really care what I had to say and I have yet to ever get an opportunity to speak to the service manager. I can assure you that negative comments or negative customer experiences at Holm are never addressed. I am surprised at how many positive comments are on dealer eater regarding this dealership, I am completely dissatisfied and will never return to Holm.... More

They rushed the truck through for us, so we would not be without our second vehicle for very long, and they even put new tires on it. The deal was amazing and who can find a 2008 with 27,000 miles? We are so happy and would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. I was certainly glad I did! More
