Aweesome Experience, great customer service, and salesmanshi I have to say, usually a local dealership charges locals more, or at least is more particular, and we had a fantastic experience with HOLM which I wen I have to say, usually a local dealership charges locals more, or at least is more particular, and we had a fantastic experience with HOLM which I went to honestly, after seeing several of the local events and things they do for the community. I was invited to go with a friend to a special dinner event for the local hard-working hospital workers last year which included a catered dinner and open bar which was served by Holm's own employees. I also herd about an event at the local grocery store from my son who is a bagger there, which was a shop-fest contest. And finally when we have had to have keys made, twice now, for our older vehicles, they treated me like I had spent 40k on a car, when all I bought was a ten dollar replacement key. That kind of stuff made me want to give them a try and we sure did remember all that when we were in the market for a new vehicle. After getting our new car, the follow-up and even help navigating the multituduous questions related to ONSTAR and other interesting things were amazing. Michelle Holt was amazing, kind and helpful. The finance fellow (I braced myself for that experience when they take you into that tiny room to see him - like going to the dentist) and yet it was painless and he was kind and funny as well and found just the right financing to fit our needs at a price we could afford and even gave us a reasonable amount for our trade car. We didn't even spend like hours and hours like you usually do buying a car...it really was a dream experience. Thank you HOLM Automotive, Abilene, Ks. We will definately be back! Menzies family More

Great customer service. Went in on a Saturday and since it was the weekend, the credit unions weren't open. However we were approved with another lender at a decent interest Went in on a Saturday and since it was the weekend, the credit unions weren't open. However we were approved with another lender at a decent interest rate. Monday comes around and Cory called saying he kept working on our loan and managed to get it approved with a different lender at half the interest. It was a great experience. This is my second car from them and I dkt think I'll go anywhere else. More
