Great Cadillac buying experience I was currently in the market to replace my leased Yukon Denali. I usually purchase through a local Chevrolet/GM dealer and therefore got prices on b I was currently in the market to replace my leased Yukon Denali. I usually purchase through a local Chevrolet/GM dealer and therefore got prices on both a Tahoe and Yukon. I've always liked the Escalades but always thought they were over-priced. I Googled Escalade dealers and found one at Les Stanford that included all the features I was interested in. Within 24 hours I was contacted by Michelle Sladovich and instantly she responded with information I asked for - no pressure, just answered all my questions quickly and completely. Needless to say the Escalade lease price beat out both the Yukon Denali and top of line Tahoe. They delivered it 300 miles away from the dealership to my worksite. I purchased it sit unseen---- and I LOVE my new Escalade! Wonderful buying experience and would recommend Michelle and Les Stanford Cadillac to anyone looking to buy or lease. More

Michelle Sladovich, was our sales person and she again exceeded our expectations. I do not believe I am a straightforward sale I do my research. Michelle went above and belong to close the deal. Spent extra time to working with her manager to put together a package that would win our business. She never promised anything she could not deliver. Great Service and experience thanks to Michelle Sladovich I had a previous experience at Les Stanford that left me apprehensive about returning to this dealership. Due to my close proximity I didn't want to I had a previous experience at Les Stanford that left me apprehensive about returning to this dealership. Due to my close proximity I didn't want to inconvenience myself by going out of way just to go elsewhere. I went online to Les Stanford's website and had a chat session requesting a manager call me but Michelle called me back and offered her assistance. After I explained why I didn't want to work with my last salesperson (Eric Breda) she assured me that she would take care of me and make sure I would not be disappointed. Also she recommended that I go on dealerrater.com to read her reviews about customer experiences with her. So I made an appointment that day and she was ready to help me. She had all my information ready and very accommodating to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling awkward about returning to the same dealer but a different sales agent. I'm very happy to say that I have my new Xt5 but with a lower payment than my SRX that I leased from the previous salesman at Les Stanford. She made sure she provided what she promised. She's very friendly and a gem to the Les Stanford dealership. I hope they appreciate her as much as I do. More
