We test drove and decided to lease a 2021 Subaru Ascent thru Luther Bloomington Subaru. We made an appointment online and our salesperson met us right on time. We decided to go with a lease and had our ne thru Luther Bloomington Subaru. We made an appointment online and our salesperson met us right on time. We decided to go with a lease and had our new car within the next 10 days. The service was good, although a little slower than we would have liked due to a backlog of people buying cars at the same time as us. The car did not have the trailer hitch we had ordered installed, so had to make an appointment to come back for that installation. Otherwise, a very positive experience - nice, new facility. More

We got a new Outback relatively quickly. Looking back at the process, we fell that the our trade-in was under valued and new sales space lacks a climate controlled area for the delivery process.
