Have had the most negative experience with this dealership trying to resolve a simple issue. I purchased a car from them over 2 months ago that was missing some parts, and I was assured they would dealership trying to resolve a simple issue. I purchased a car from them over 2 months ago that was missing some parts, and I was assured they would be ordered as part of the sale. Now over two months later, and multiple hours wasted driving back and forth to the dealership, I’m still waiting for the parts. I keep getting the same vague answers and runaround. The sales agent Jaylen is clueless, don’t waste your time with him. I have waited over two months and given them over a dozen chances to resolve this issue before this negative review. Would not recommend purchasing a car at this dealership or having any services there, you will regret it. More
