I will start by saying the sales person Willie, was amazing! He couldn’t have done more for me when it came to purchasing my vehicle. The problems started after the involvement with him. Pushy/typical sales managers who act like they doing you a favor for your business. Following purchase, the vehicle and service lights and break lights. I took the vehicle back and had a 5 hour wait just to be told they don’t have the part and I needed to go back. On the next visit, the part had not arrived and after another long wait was informed it didn’t even need the work, so essentially I waited for them for nothing. Service person lied to both myself and my husband which we caught him in at least 3 lies and called him out on this. Safe to say I will not get another vehicle from this store. Following this, they delayed my tags and had to call on expiration, a week later received the tags and attended DMV to be told that Kia were still in the record and locked them out. Yet another visit to Kia who advised they needed signatures…. No communication regarding this and another pointless visit to the dealership. More
