Although the process was very slow, the staff was very attentive and helpful. Even the staff that wasn’t involved with my sale were more than willing to jump in and answer questions and help. I’ve been through dozens of dealerships in my lifetime and have never experienced such a smooth process. Most importantly, I never felt like I was being force fed anything, be it the vehicle, options, pr and have never experienced such a smooth process.
