The service and communication were terrible. I wouldn’t return to this dealership at all if I didn’t have to go back so they could fix the problem they failed to repair correctly the first time. Five days later, I still hadn’t received a single update, and the advisor never returned any of the many messages I left. More

Extremely disappointing experience with the service department regarding our 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. We have been dealing with an unresolved sensor issue for nearly 3 months with little communicatio department regarding our 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. We have been dealing with an unresolved sensor issue for nearly 3 months with little communication, follow-up, or urgency from the dealership. During that time, the vehicle ultimately became inoperable due to a radiator failure and had to be towed in at our expense. The dealership later denied warranty coverage by claiming “road debris damage,” yet the documentation and photo evidence provided did not clearly identify a puncture or definitive impact-related failure. Despite repeated requests, no detailed diagnostic evidence or complete technical explanation was provided before reaching that conclusion. What has been most frustrating throughout this process has been: * Lack of consistent communication * Delayed repairs on a brand-new vehicle * Poor follow-up from the service department * Warranty concerns being dismissed without sufficient explanation * Having to escalate matters ourselves just to receive responses At this point, we have been forced to escalate the matter to Stellantis for further review. I strongly encourage anyone bringing their vehicle here for warranty-related concerns to ensure everything is documented in writing and to carefully review all findings provided by the service department. We simply expected transparency, professionalism, and accountability on a new vehicle under warranty. More

This dealership has subpar service every time I go to take in my vehicle. They lack communication and professionalism to their paying customers. You make a morning appointment (7:30 am) and drop off your take in my vehicle. They lack communication and professionalism to their paying customers. You make a morning appointment (7:30 am) and drop off your vehicle expecting that by mid day or the end of the day they would call you to update you about your vehicle and the issue. They FAIL TO DO SO. I would have to make the phone call and track someone down to get an update. It’s bad service and frustrating to the customer. This happens EVERY TIME. Also, If a service advisor goes on break there should be someone covering for that person. I’ve complained time and time again . I’ve spoken to the manager who seems lazy himself. Seen In his office with his feet up. He should be answering the phones and helping with customers service! I would never buy a Jeep again just because I don’t want to have to deal with bad service every time I go. I even told them to tag my account that I’m going to nail them for bad service if I’m not treated correctly as I will be voicing my complaints! You would think they would listen but they don’t seem to care! I have zero issues at Other dealerships ! Mercedes, Toyota, bmw, and. Audi all top notch service. Send your people over to other dealerships to get an idea of how customers should be treated ! More

Had a rough first experience, with no/inconsistent follow up and information sharing. Scheduled appointment with same day return plan, turned into keeping my truck over a weekend and 1/2 of the following we up and information sharing.
