Once I met him in person it concluded what I experienced over the phone. He was also knowledgeable in his comparisons and explanations. I upgraded to a 2018 Camry. After I made my decision he guided me through the steps and explained in detail the functions of the Camry. He recommended I call him with any questions or concerns. Welcoming Dealership with Great Prices We actually flew down from our home in Arkansas to purchase a used car here. After looking in our area for a month or two, we widened the search area We actually flew down from our home in Arkansas to purchase a used car here. After looking in our area for a month or two, we widened the search area to 500 miles. A lovely Toyota Prius Persona in good condition popped up for a great price in Melbourne, Florida. My husband and I discussed it and decided to contact the dealership with further questions. That's where we met Mick and he worked hard to answer all our questions. (We wanted to make sure it was worth flying down for so we asked a lot.) The car was even going to be auctioned off the following day! But he stopped the procedure and let us put a $1000 down on the car as a deposit. He patiently walked us through the entire process. A week later we were flying into Melbourne airport. Mick actually came and picked us up at the airport himself and in the little red Prius we were interested in. I couldn't believe when it rounded the corner. It looked perfect and drove like a dream. It was also Toyota certified and everything I wanted. The only thing mildly wrong was a funny rattling noise coming from the AC that my husband noticed. Mick got that checked out before we purchased it and it turned out to be a latex glove that was left in there. After that, it ran smoothly. We also met with the Finance director after we decided to purchase. He was very welcoming and nice, but most of all practical. He was frank and recommended only the warranties he thought we would need. He was very patient and helpful. Mick was beyond helpful and was truly a pleasure to work with. He took the time to show us all the gadgets and gizmos of the car, answer all our questions and concerns, and even picked us up at the airport. I highly recommend him! More
