In general ok. Easier as it is closer to my house. Courtesy pick up and drop via Lyft is great. They made me come twice, they could have planned better. Second Easier as it is closer to my house. Second visit took really long and all they did was they put an adapter for Tesla charging stations it seems. Could have been more effective. More

We recently purchased a 2013 Prius, which was immaculate apart from some minor dents (to be expected on a car that age). Unfortunately, it developed major mechanical problems soon after the purchase. To their credit, the dealer acknowledged the problem should have been noted earlier and offered us a reasonably priced repair. We're looking forward to many miles. More

I bought my car at Fremont Toyota and have always had good service there for the last 6 years. This time, I ended my service appointment being rushed out the door at closing time by Marty with the proble good service there for the last 6 years. This time, I ended my service appointment being rushed out the door at closing time by Marty with the problem I came in for not solved as promised, spending $1000 on other problems they found, and an inexcusably messy new tire install. So I went back in the next day and complained loudly to Pat, the Service Manager, who listened and promptly assigned his guy "T" to address the issue I came in for in the first place and fix the tire problem. Pat authorized a refund to give me the benefit of a newer sale price that had just kicked in the day after my service, which I appreciated. "T" was polite and accommodating, and he made sure I was satisfied with the result - even threw in a carwash. In the end, there was a problem initially, but they made it right, to earn my positive review and continued loyalty. More
