I went in a on a complete whim, and I am young girl right just starting out in the business world and I was really having a hard time with what I needed vs. what I could realistically have. Erin spent all day with me looking at options with me, really helping me find exactly what was going to be able to work. I have never had someone spend so much genuine time on a deal. She didn't give up.. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. She made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in my decision. She has followed up with me to make sure everything is okay and I a getting just the experience I expected after the fact. Which was even more impressive was that I did not close on my car deal until later in the night and Erin stayed the entire time to walk me through car and made sure I understood everything. There was not one detail she missed and she did not leave until everything was completely wrapped up and I drove out of the parking lot. She is a wonderful person and such an standup employee. I am now the proud owner of my first Audi and I could not have done it without her help. She made such a positive impact on my experience. Thank you Erin!! More
